Online PT sessions are 30 or 45 minutes. Contact us to arrange a time and date that suits you.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Similar to PT sessions only with 2 or 3 people at the same time. Perfect if you want to share the cost of a session and still get a session targeted to your goals.
